What is a bleed?
Bleed is the portion of the product that will be trimmed off when it is cut to the final size.
What are crop marks?
Crop marks are the lines indicating where the printing paper should be cut to produce the required print size.
What are the types of printing services being offered by HoSehBoh.sg?
HoSehBoh.sg offers a comprehensive range of printing services to meet your needs. Printing services include flyers and brochures printing, booklets, large format printings, different types of business cards, posters, NCR bill books, personalized mugs, drink coasters, paper bags, non-woven tote bags, amongst many others. What is HoSehBoh.SG mode of payment?
The preferred mode of payment is through the secure online order mode. You may also make electronic payment to our registered UEN Number 53492107L via Paynow or via bank transfer to our DBS Corporate Account.
Do you charge for delivery of products?
With effect from year 2025, we will charge a flat nominal fee of $5 regardless of order quantity for delivery in Singapore.
How do I place order with HoSehBoh.SG?
Placing order can be done in 3 simple steps. Step 1: Browse and pick your item. Step 2: Upload your ready-print artwork (if any). Step: 3: Check out and make payment.
Do I need to register to have an account with HoSehBoh.SG to place my order?
Not necessary. There is no need to, but we do encourage clients to maintain an account with us to receive promotional printing offers and new product updates from us.
Are there any charges involved to open an account with HoSehBoh.sg?
Definitely no. Signing up for an account is absolutely free for now. It is hassle-free and you just need an email and mobile number.
Can I request to walk-in and self-collect my order?
Unfortunately, we do not encourage walk-in and/or self-collection for orders. We have contracted with a 3rd party courier vendor for fulfilment of all orders with Ho Seh Boh Group.
How do I track my order then?
Once order has been made via our 24/7 online portal, you will receive an email notification automatically. You can track the status of your shipping by clicking on the tracking link provided in the order details. Alternatively, you can always contact us at +65 80350452.
My artwork is not ready for print yet. Can I still place my order?
That's for sure. You can still proceed to order without artwork. If you need help with artwork design, feel free to let us know how we can help you.
Do you offer artwork design services?
Yes. We will be glad to help you with your artwork design and simple layouts. We have our in-house design team whom can assist with creating custom designs for your printing needs too. Whether you need a new logo, a flyer layout, or a complete branding overhaul, we are here to help.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept a variety of file formats, although we preferred to receive files in formats such as PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Adobe Photoshop). You may also send us JPEG or PNG files. Please ensure files are of high resolution (300dpi) and include the any necessary bleed margins.
How do I place order for other printing services which cannot be found on the online store?
You may request for a quote online. Alternatively, you may email your order request to sales@HoSehBoh.SG or WhatsApp our sales team directly at +65 80350452.
How do I confirm my printing order?
Once you have checkout and make payment, your order will be processed and confirmed. You will receive an email notification on your order details. We will also touch base with you to acknowledge receipt of your order. We will proceed to print upon receiving your payment.
How long do you need to print and deliver my order?
Once payment is made, we will usually complete the print job and deliver to customers within 5 days upon order confirmation. However, this is dependent on print volume and printing season.
Do you provide sample print or product for customer to see before ordering?
We would love to do so. However, we do not provide sample prints or products at this point in time. Do check with us from time-to-time if you really need sample prints.
Do you provide express printing services?
Usually we will try to help depending on our exiting printing volume. However, express print comes with additional cost to you. Do speak to our staff to ask on the additional cost.
How do I ask for a quotation?

When will you start to print my order?
Order printing will take place once payment and print-ready artwork has been received by HoSehBoh.SG representative.
Does HoSehBoh.SG issues invoices and/or receipts?
Yes. All details and document will be sent to you via email notifications once orders have been placed via our online 24/7 portal.
