Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
SECTION 1 - REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
You have the rights to cancel any order as long as payment has not been made. By making payment for any or all orders from Ho Seh Boh Group, you would have explicitly agreed with the purchase. Any cancellations made after order is received, accepted, processed, ready-to-be-print, printed, and/or payment has been made by you to us, will not be refunded. In the event that, if a refund is inevitable, such refund will not be made in the form of cash, cash-equivalent.
Custom Order
We provide fully customisable printing services for all products listed on HoSehBoh.sg. Each and every printing product are customised according to the respective needs and requirements of each valued client.
Henceforth, we are not able to accept returns of confirmed orders unless the printed product is defective or wrongly printed due negligence on our part.
Defective Order
The onus lies with the clients and clients are strongly advised to check the quantity and quality of the printed order immediately upon receiving the order delivery. Ho Seh Boh Group will not be responsible for any loss and/or defects and/or damages due to whatsoever reasons.
Based on the order’s date of receipt, you must notify us within 7 days upon receiving your order. This can be done by contacting us via email or phone or text messages, providing details of the defective order, and attaching photos if applicable.
If your order is damaged in transit or due to shipping mode, please notify us within 3 days upon receiving your order.
Return Shipping
In the event that the order must be returned to us, we will make arrangement with you upon receiving notification from you. We will cover your return shipping costs.
